School Group Visits

Bring your students on a journey to discover 700 years of Singapore’s history at the National Museum of Singapore!

A minimum ratio of 1 teacher or facilitator to 20 students is recommended, although for a more meaningful visit, we encourage a ratio of 1 teacher or facilitator to 10 students. If you wish to bring more than 20 students to visit the museum, please download and complete the enquiry form. Email completed form to nhb_nm_hospitality@nhb.gov.sg at least 3 weeks in advance. Our Visitor Services officer will contact you within 3 working days.

You may also download the museum's Social Story here to prepare your children and students with additional needs for a trip to the museum. This social story shares information on things that they may see, hear and find while exploring our spaces.

Admission into the Permanent Galleries is free for Citizens and Permanent Residents as well as teachers and students from international schools in Singapore with an NHB International Schools membership. Admission charges will apply for students and teachers who are non-Singaporeans and non-Permanent Residents. Admission charges will also apply for all visitors into Special Exhibitions.
