Learn about the production and varieties of champagne, the foods that accompany champagne and the finer points of champagne appreciation. Enjoy a glass of Blanc de Blanc or Thiénot and compare it to some Mumm. See how it differs from an Italian prosecco or an Australian sparkling.

Life & Living is the National Museum of Singapore's annual line-up of lifestyle programmes aimed at creating refreshing new ways of discovering and engaging different aspects of history in a relaxed, informal manner. The Food & Culture series places the appreciation of food and drink, fashion and design, in interesting cultural and historical contexts, while demonstrating how they are indelibly linked to the present.
