Rita Zahara, the multi-talented TV personality and author of Malay Heritage Cooking, shares her recipe and baking tips in this hands-on workshop at the National Museum of Singapore.

Rita Zahara is a bilingual TV presenter, newsreader, TV producer, TV director, lecturer, scriptwriter and journalist, who has now added entrepreneur and author to her long list of achievements. She was formerly a Channel NewsAsia journalist and a newscaster on Suria and ESPN, and has made her mark in producing, writing and directing many acclaimed TV productions that have been aired on local and international platforms.
Rita currently runs Reta Pte Ltd and Li Da Foods Pte Ltd. She has also named her bakery, Che Zahara Bakery, after her late grandmother Che Zahara Noor Mohamed, a philantrophist and community leader in the late 1940s to 1960s.
